The pipes produced by the large caliber winding pipe equipment are made of high-density polyethylene as the main raw material. Rectangular pipe is firstly extruded into the winding molding machine through one extruder, and the second extruder extrudes the rubber strip and extrudes the composite pipe....
The inner and outer walls are flat and smooth, and the specifications are 400-2200mm. The ring stiffness is divided into 4 levels according to the different conditions of use, up to 162, and it can be adapted to acid and alkali liquids up to 10%. The pipe is characterized by corrosion resistance and light weight.
It has the advantages of easy installation, high flow rate and long service life (50 years). It can replace pipes made of high energy-consuming materials (cement, cast iron, ceramics, etc.), and is widely used in highways, municipal construction, residential communities, sports fields, squares, mines, agricultural drainage pipes, culverts, bridges and other fields.

Pipe characteristics:
